GacoFlex Flooring Systems: Slip-Resistant Coating System Seals and Protects

GacoFlex flooring systems protect concrete floors with a tough, resilient, waterproof coating. Porous concrete is sealed and coated, shielding floors from waterborne chloride, solvents, acids, alkalis and corrosive salts.

A: No, the coating does not have an odor. Gaco Western mechanical room floor systems are available both in latex and in 100% solids, zero VOC coating system. Our solvent-free formula eliminates the fumes and unpleasant odors commonly associated with solvent-based coatings.

Q: How long does it take to install an interior floor system?

A: Three to four days is the average time necessary to install and cure the GacoFlex system.

Q: How do you repair the floor?

A: If a section of the floor should be punctured or damaged, the affected area should be removed. Sand the damaged area, feathering the edges. Build up the area by layering primer, sealer, and coating as needed, followed by a final application of topcoat.
