GacoFlex 66MR

GacoFlex 66MR seam sealing tape is asphalt, solvent and VOC free, made of Sontara® fabric backed with a butyl adhesive-sealant. Exhibits high tensile strength, good elongation, excellent adhesion and a low profile.

USAGE

GacoFlex 66MR pressure sensitive seam tape is used for sealing metal roofs at seams, fasteners and penetrations before a GacoFlex coating is applied.

COLOR

Butyl adhesive/sealant is gray and Sontara® is white.

APPLICATION

Surfaces must be clean and free of moisture and contamination. Cut to desired length, peel off release liner, press into place removing all buckles and bubbles. GacoFlex 66MR seam sealing tape must not be left exposed but coated with a Gaco Western elastomeric coating.
