Coating will set in 30 seconds when applied to an insulated surface. Complete cure can take several hours depending on the ambient temperature.
Spray equipment may be cleaned with T-5112 thinner.
Stirring may be required to ensure uniformity of the material, particularly if products have been stored at temperatures outside of the recommended range. (See storage stability information above.)
WARNING - U-87 COMPONENTS CANNOT BE CROSS-MIXED WITH OTHER POLYURETHANE COATING MATERIALS.
SPRAY RECOMMENDATIONS : Apply with plural component airless equipment. GacoFlex U-87 can be applied up to 64 mils (1.62mm) in one pass. It is recommended to apply the full specified thickness in one application. See Gaco Western's Spray Guide SG-Fast Set Urethane for more information.
