CLEANER
Gaco Western's T-5135 thinner.
APPLICATION
PRIMER
None normally required.
MIXING
Mix before application to assure uniform color and consistency.
APPLICATION
Apply by brush or roller as received. For spray application, Thin 10% only with V.O.C. compliant solvent. For cold weather application, keep material stored above 65oF (18°C). Maximum time between coats is 72 hours. Longer recoat times will result in poor intercoat adhesion and delamination. Call Gaco Western, Inc. for V.O.C compliant solvent.
CLEAN-UP
Clean spray equipment with GacoFlex T-5135 thinner. Recirculate through lines and gun until residual GacoSil is removed.
CURE
Applied coating will cure in 3 to 7 hour depending on temperature and humidity.
CAUTION
GacoSil S-1600 contains solvent and is combustible. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors and prolonged or repeated skin contact. Use only with adequate ventilation.
